The Food Not Fads Weight Management Program
Over 8 weekly visits in either a group or individual setting, the facilitator will take you through a series of activities and programs designed to get to the bottom of why you are currently struggling with your weight and body image and more importantly will help you develop strategies to reprogram your thinking regarding food and how you and others view you.
